2. Application of the Government Savings Banks Act, 1873, and the Post Office Cash Certificates Act, 1917, to the Porahat Estate.
- The Government Savings Banks Act, 1873, and the Post Office Cash Certificates Act, 1917, as at present in force in Bihar shall apply to the Porahat Estate in the district of Singhbhum and the said Act, [as from to time amended] [Inserted by Bihar Reg, 1 of 1946.] shall be deemed to have applied to the said Estate, with effect from the respective dates of the commencement of the [Porahat Estate Act, 1893] [Substituted by Bihar Reg, 1 of 1946 for 'thereof'.] and of the Post Office Cash Certificates Act, 1971.
