Section 11(2) in The Rajasthan Tendu Leaves (Regulation of Trade) Act, 1974
(2)Every manufacturer of bidis and every exporter of tendu leaves registered under sub-section (1) shall furnish such declarations, accounts and returns in such forms and to such officer and at such intervals as may be prescribed.
