25. Powers and duties of Vice-Chairman.
(1)The Vice-Chairman shall presided over the meetings of the Board in the absence of Chairman.(2)The Vice-Chairman shall exercise such powers and perform such functions of the Chairman as may be delegated to him by the Chairman.
