Section 276 in Goa Succession, Special Notaries and Inventory Proceeding Act, 2012
276. Accretion of remuneration.
- Where the testator has bequeathed to joint executors, the part of the remuneration of the executor who has been discharged or of the one who is unable to accept the office shall be added to the remuneration of the others.
