Section 13(3) in U.P. Kshettra Panchayats (Formation of Committees) Rules, 1962
(3)If the number of candidates exceeds five the election shall be held by show of hands by all the members of the [Kshettra Panchayat] [Substituted by U. P. Act No. 9 of 1994.] present at the meeting.
