285E. [ Removal of unauthorized hoarding, digital banner or placard. [Substituted by Tamil Nadu Act No. 2 of 2011, dated 05.02.2011. w.e.f. 16.11.2011.]
- Any hoarding erected without a licence or any digital banner or placard erected without a permission, shall be confiscated and removed by the District Collector without giving any notice.]
