(3)The headquarters of University shall be in Aalo, Arunachal Pradesh and it will operate ordinarily within the boundary of the State concerned. It may have campuses or Regional Centers, Study Centers anywhere in India and abroad with approval of the Board of Governors ; after five years of its coming into existence as per guideline of the UGC Act, 1956 and the UGC {establishment and Maintenance of Standards in Private Universities), Regulation 2003, clause 3.3 of the Regulation and the Arunachal Pradesh Colleges and other Institution of Higher Education establishment and Regulation Act, 2010.
