1 The petition arises under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996.
2 In view of the disputes and differences between the parties, we appoint Justice Vipin Sanghi, former Chief Justice of Uttarakhand High Court, as sole arbitrator under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996.
3 The arbitrator would be at liberty to fix his fees after consulting the parties and determine the modalities for the arbitration.
4 The petition is accordingly disposed of.
5 Pending application, if any, stands disposed of.
