15. List of nominations received.
- Immediately after expiry of the time specified for receipt of the nomination forms on the date fixed for that purpose, a list of nominations received shall be arranged to be published at the office of the Returning Officer in Form-7 (Territorial Constituency-wise) with a notice that the nomination papers will be taken up for scrutiny at the specified place, the date and the time.
