Section 275(1) in The City of Nagpur Corporation Act, 1948
(1)The [Commissioner] [This word was substituted for the words 'Chief Executive Officer' by Bombay 79 of 1958, Section 3, Schedule.] shall refuse to sanction the erection or re-erection of any building in contravention of any scheme sanctioned under section 271 or in contravention of any rule or by-law made under the provisions of this Act.
