Section 184(6) in Criminal Rules of Practice and Circular Orders, 1990
(6)Intimation of absence between sunset and sunrise: - Whenever a released convict intends to be absent from the residence between sunset and sunrise, he shall notify his intention at the nearest Police Station stating the time and purpose of such absence and the exact address where he can be found during that period.
