Section 57 in The Orissa Consolidation of Holdings and Prevention of Fragmentation of Land Act, 1972
57. Limitation.
- Subject to the provisions of this Act, the provisions of the Limitation Act, 1963 (36 of 1963) except sections 6, 7, 8, 9, 18 and 19 shall apply to all applications, appeals, revisions and other proceedings under this Act or the rules made thereunder.
