Section 22(1) in Multi-State Co-Operative Societies (Registration, Membership, Direction & Management, Settlement of Disputes, Appeal & Revision) Rules, 1985
(1)The board of directors selected by the applicants for the registration of the Multi-State Cooperative Society shall hold office till the directors are elected in the first general meeting of the Multi-State Co-operative Society.
