248. Pensioners and Fleet Reservists.
- The provisions of sub-regulations (3) and (5) of Regulation 247 shall not apply to pensioners and Fleet Reservists called up for further service in emergency. They shall rank and command according to seniority based on the time served in active service, including time served on mobilisation.
