Section 7(1) in The Lady Hardinge Medical College and Hospital (Acquisition) and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1977
(1)The amount paid under section 4 shall vest in the Treasurer, and shall be held by him in the same manner as the Fund vested in him was held by him immediately before the appointed day.
