JUDGMENT
-------------
BY THE COURT :
On 29.1.2015 office pointed out certain defects but no care has been taken to remove the same despite opportunity. The appeal is barred by limitation from 18 days. It appears that the appellant has lost interest in the matter and, therefore, no steps have been taken to satisfy the default. None is present to pursue the matter also. Dismissed in default as well as for the want of prosecution.
