Section 39(2) in Andhra Pradesh Agricultural University Act, 1963
(2)subject to the prior approval of the Government, the Board may, from time to time, make any statute in addition to the first statutes referred to in subsection (1), and may amend or repeal any statute in the manner herein after provided it, this section.
