Section 26(1) in Tamil Nadu Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2017
(1)The Board or the Committee shall on an application in Form XXI from any child care institution or organisation run by Government or non-governmental organization, recognise the facility available with them as a fit facility and declare the facility as "fit facility" for a specific purpose.
