Section 53(1)(b) in Andhra Pradesh Court-fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1956

(b)where the application is made after the expiry of one year from such date, on the market value of the estate on the date of application; Provided that no fee shall be leviable under this Chapter on any property held in trust not beneficially or with general power to confer a beneficial interest.
