Section 46 in University of Heatlh Sciences, Karnal Act, 2016
46. Withdrawal of approval, recognition of teachers. - Approval and recognition to a teacher may be withdrawn by the University-
(i)if the teacher fails to perform duties in accordance with the manner laid down by the Ordinances; or(ii)if sufficient evidence is laid before the Executive Council that the teacher has committed an act which in their opinion is a serious offence.
