50. Constitution of Body of Persons for Preparation of List, etc.
- The Central Government shall -(a)constitute a body of persons, in the manner prescribed for the preparation of a list of persons eligible for appointment to the posts of Chief Executives and other managerial posts in national co-operative societies the maximum pay scale of which exceeds such amount as may be prescribed;(b)make rules for regulating the recruitment, remuneration, allowances and other conditions of service of officers and other employees of national co-operative societies.
