204. Recovery of sums due by contractor to Government.
- Without prejudice to the procedure prescribed for recovery of dues by Section 36 of the Act, all sums due to the State Government may be recovered from the amount of deposit made by the contractor, or by sale of such pipes, vat, apparatus, manufactory's and stock of liquor as is agreed to, and subject to the conditions laid down in the bond.Issues of Spirits from Distilleries and Warehouses
