"The parties have compromised the matter. The photocopy of the settlement agreement dated 22.02.2021 is placed on record as Annexure-X. In view of the settlement agreement, I withdraw the present execution application it may be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Liberty may be granted to get it revived, if the terms of the above settlement agreement are not complied with by the JDs. "
2. In view of statement of DH, which has been recorded separately, this execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied and liberty is granted to DH to get the execution revived, if the terms of the settlement agreement dated 22.02.2021 (Annexure X) are not complied with by the JDs.
