Section 2(b) in The Scheduled Castes And Scheduled Tribes Orders (Amendment) Act, 2002
(b)" Scheduled Tribes Orders" means the Constitution (Scheduled Tribes) Order,1950, the Constitution (Uttar Pradesh) Scheduled Tribes Order, 1967 and the Constitution (Sikkim) Scheduled Tribes Order, 1978 , made by the President under article 342 of the C nstitution.
