State of Punjab - Subsection

Section 3(1) in Punjab Right To Business Act, 2020

(1)In order to strengthen and support the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises at the district level, the Government shall establish District Bureau of Enterprise in all districts of the State consisting of the following, namely:-
(i) the DeputyCommissioner of the district concerned; Chief Executive Officer
(ii) the General Manager, District IndustriesCentre Additional Chief Executive Officer
(iii) the others members of the Enterprise asmay be notified by the Government from time to time.
