145. Registration of the declaration granted under Sections 143 and 144.
- A copy of every declaration made under Sections 143 and 144 shall be forwarded by the [Assistant Collector-in-charge of the sub-division] [Substituted by U.P. Act No. 30 of 1975.] to the Sub-Registrar concerned who shall, notwithstanding anything contained in the Indian Registration Act, 1908 (U.P. Act XVI of 1908), register the same free of cost in the manner prescribed.
