Section 29(1) in THE NATIONAL BANK FOR FINANCING INFRASTRUCTURE AND DEVELOPMENT ACT, 2021
(1)Any person who intends to set up a development financial institution, in addition to the Institution established under thisAct, shall make an application to the Reserve Bank for licence.
