ORAL ORDER
By way of present application, the applicant has prayed to quash and set aside the FIR being CR No. 11824001201612 of 2020 registered with Vyara Police Station, Tapi for the offence punishable under Sections 193, 406, 465, 467, 471 of the Indian Penal Code and further requested to stay further proceedings thereof till the final disposal of this application.
Heard learned advocate for the applicant. It was submitted by learned advocate for the applicant that applicant has done nothing wrong and he is an illiterate person and only knowing to make his signature. The present FIR is nothing but arm twisting act of the respondent no.2 against the present applicant for the litigations pending against the respondent no.2 by the applicant and his wife for land grabbing. That, the wife of the applicant has also filed proceeding before the learned Collector under Section 73AA of the Land Revenue Code, wherein the learned Collector passed an order of imposing cost of Rs. 19,71,696/- on the respondent no.2.
Issue requires consideration.
