Section 37 in Gujarat State Council for Physiotherapy Act, 2011
37. Removal of names from register.
- The Council may, by order, remove from the register the name of any practitioner who has been convicted of a cognizable offence as defined under the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973,(2 of 1974) or has been found guilty of professional misconduct after due enquiry.
