Section 350(1) in The City of Nagpur Corporation Act, 1948
(1)Every licence, written permission, notice, bill, schedule, summons, warrant or other document which is required by this Act or by any rule or bye-law made thereunder to bear the signature of any municipal officer, shall be deemed to be properly signed if it bears a facsimile of the signature of such municipal officer stamped thereupon.
