(5)Where the Executive Council or the management, does not, within a reasonable time, take action to the satisfaction of the Kuladhipati, the Kuladhipati may, after considering any explanation furnished or representation made by the Executive Council or the management, issue, in consultation with the State Government, such directions as he may think fit and the Executive Council or management, as the case may be, shall comply with.
