(19)"Financial Commissioner" shall means the Financial Commissioner of [Punjab] [Substituted for the words 'East Punjab' (which had been inserted for the word 'Punjab' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1948) by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] for the time being;
