Section 18 in University of Udaipur Teachers (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1976
18.
A teacher before leaving the University Service shall hand over the charge of his post to a duly authorised person and shall return to the University all books, apparatus, furniture and other material issued to him for his personal or official use and shall pay up in full all outstanding dues on account of occupation of residential quarters, water/electric charges and loans and advances if any. In case of default the Head of the Institution in which he is employed shall recover the amount due to him on account of the above items from his last salary.
