Section 19(1) in Orissa State Bar Council Rules, 1989
(1)A Voter who has received a voting paper under Rule 21 shall retire to a place screened from outside view and mark his preference in the manner prescribed. The voter shall then put it in a sealed box kept for the purpose. The voter shall not be entitled to take the ballot paper or cause to be taken outside the room.
