Section 28(iv) in The Jharkhand Agricultural Produce Markets Rules, 2000
(iv)The voter, after making a tendered vote and folding it, shall instead of putting it into the ballot box, give it to the Presiding Officer, who shall place it in a cover specially placed before the purpose.
