34. Notice of mutation and pencil entries in record of rights.
- As soon as an entry is made in the mutation register he shall at the same time post up a complete copy of the entry in a conspicuous place in the village. He shall also simultaneously give notice in Form X to all persons appearing from the record of rights or mutation register to be interested in the mutation and to any other persons whom he has reason to believe to be interested therein requiring them to submit to him either orally or in writing the objections, if any, to the entry in the mutation register, within fifteen days from the receipt of such notice. He shall also provisionally give effect to the mutation entry in the record of rights by bracketing the old entry in pencil and by writing in pencil below it the entry as modified by the mutation entry and followed by the serial number of the said mutation entry:Provided that where the mutation entry is made as a result of item (ii) of sub-rule (4) of rule 33, it shall not be necessary to give written intimation under this rule.
