Section 12(3) in Punjab State Legal Services Authorities Rules, 1996
(3)In all other matters like age or retirement and disciplinary matters, the officers and other employees of the High Court Legal Services Committees shall be governed by the service rules of the Punjab Government and if belonging to the establishment of the High Court, then the rules of the High Court.
