10. Transfer Of Pending Selection Work With Respect To Class Three Posts.
- All selection for recruitment to the posts as mentioned in section-5, for which the Jharkahnd Public Service Commission has not advertised till the enactment of this Act would be done by Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission. The Selection process of the posts which has been advertised by Jharkhand Public Service Commission will be completed by Jharkhand Public Service Commission.
