Section 38 in Telangana State Electrical Licensing Regulations, 2018
38. Suspension and cancellation of Contractor's License.
(1)When the person on the strength of whose Competency Certificate and permit an Electrical Contractor's License has been granted, leaves the service of the contractor or where he himself being the contractor accept employment elsewhere, such a contractor's license shall be deemed to have been suspended forthwith. The license shall stand cancelled, if another person holding the certificate of competency and permit is not employed by the contractor within one month from the date of such suspension."or the license shall also deemed to have been suspended forthwith in case supervisor/wireman permits lapses after the grant/renewal of Electrical contractor licence. The licence shall stand cancelled if supervisor/wireman permits are not renewed within the one month from the date of such suspension.(2)A Contractor's Licence issued to a partnership firm shall stand cancelled immediately if there is any change in the partnership."
