5. Segregation of Accounts into Distribution and Retail Supply.
- Till such time as there is a complete segregation of accounts between Distribution and Retail Supply businesses, the ARR for each business shall be supported by an Allocation Statement that contains the apportionment of costs and revenues to that business. The allocation statement shall also contain the methodology that has to be adopted for the apportionment.
