Section 26(3) in The West Bengal Panchayat Act, 1957
(3)[ The term of office of every member of an Anchal Panchayat elected by the members of a Gram Panchayat shall commence from the date of the first meeting of the Anchal Panchayat at which a quorum is present and shall extend until the first meeting of the next newly constituted Anchal Panchayat at which a quorum is present.] [Sub-Section (3) substituted by W.B.
