Section 1 in The Andhra Pradesh Prohibition Of Cow Slaughter And Animal Preservation Act, 1977
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Prohibition of Cow Slaughter and Animal Preservation Act, 1977.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh.(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 19th December, 1976.
