State of Gujarat - Subsection

Section 60(3)(b) in Kamdhenu University Act, 2009

(b)it shall be referred to the State Government
(i)if it relates to a matter specified in clause (2), or
(ii)if not less than five members of the Board so required, and the State Government shall after making such inquiry, as it deems fit and after giving an opportunity of being heard, decide the question and its decision shall be final.
