Section 144(a) in U.P. Building And Other Construction Workers (Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Service) Rules, 2009
(a)[ No building and other construction worker shall be permitted to lift by hand, carries overhead, over his back of shoulders any material, article, tool or appliances exceeding the maximum limits in weight set out in the following table to these rules : [Substituted by Notification No. 989/XXXVI-2-2017, dated 23.8.2017, (w.e.f. 4.2.2009).]
