(2)Without prejudice to the generality of the provision of sub-regulation (1), the Commission may appoint officers and staff in the Commission by deputation from the Uttar Pradesh Civil Secretariat, offices of the Head of Departments, the High Court or Courts subordinate to it :Provided that, where officers or staff under the High Court is intended to be appointed, prior approval of High Court shall be obtained.
