Section 1 in Bombay Judicial Proceedings (Regulation of Reports) Act, 1955
1. Short title, extent and commencement
(1)This Act may be called the Bombay Judicial Proceedings (Regulation of Reports) Act, 1955.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Bombay.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government by notification in the Official Gazette appoints.
