6. Contravention of conditions of License.
- No licensee or his Agent or employee or any other person acting on his behalf shall contravene any of the terms or conditions specified in the license and if any such licensee or his agent or employee or any other person acting on his behalf contravenes any of the said terms and conditions, then without prejudice to any other action that may be taken against the licensee, his license shall be cancelled or suspended by order in writing by the Licensing Authority.
