Section 24(2) in Bihar Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1974
(2)The auditorium emergency light shall each be not less than 200 candle power, lights is an auditorium normally used at intervals during a performance and controlled from the projection room shall not be deemed emergency lights for the purpose of complying with these rules.
