(2)The District Committee shall hold at least one meeting every month.Provided that the State Government may at any time require in writing that a meeting of the District Committee beheld, and the Committee shall then proceed to hold meeting as expeditiously as it can, but not later than seven working days in any case, to dispose such matters as may be referred to it.
