Section 7(2) in The Punjab Motor Transport Workers Rules, 1963
(2)An employer shall, within thirty days of the day when the cause of amendment arises, submit to the Chief Inspector or an Inspector duly authorised by him in this behalf, an application stating the nature of amendment and reasons therefor.
